A Brief Summary of my First Semester

I’m back! It appears university has gotten in the way of my life (rude) as I’ve had this post almost ready to go since freshers week.

Boston was a highly anticipated stop by myself and many other members of my group.

Prior to the trip, I thought Vermont would be my least favourite stop. It pains me to say this (truly) but I was proved wrong. I was happy to leave the very *cough* earthy scented Montreal especially as this meant a visit to the original Ben and Jerry’s Factory with extra food related stops along the way.

Ah Montreal, the “artsy” capital of Quebec (I later realised this merely means ‘smells like weed’ – more on that later). The drive from Toronto was about 5 hours long minus breaks. We stopped at ‘The Big Apple’ – not to be confused with New York – which was one of my favourite road trip stops from the whole tour.
